NB The formula used to calculate the improvements calculates the improvement on the previous finish and may be flawed if someone walked slower on their second circuit and then made a big improvement on the third. Also, one of my nightmares is that my data will be corrupted in some way and I have just noticed an error with one of the times. If you spot any errors, please let me know.
