Between 1979, when Derek Harrison walked the course in 15:20:51, and 2003 when Peter Kaneen recorded 15:26:07, nobody got within 22 minutes of that time.

Between 2004 and 2006, Robbie Callister's times averaged only 1 minute and 28 minutes less than Derek's best time. I've chosen Robbie as the fourth best Parish Walker of all time, not because he has beaten Derek's time but because of the sheer consistency of his performances.

Robbie has three of the fastest six times ever around the 85 mile course.
