THE PARISH WALK TOP 10 NUMBER 3 SUE BIGGART
Sue Biggart became the second fastest female walker in the history of the Parish Walk in 2006 when she covered the 85 miles in 16:23:14. That time would have been fast enough to have won 27 of the 44 Parish Walks held since 1960. There have been four laps under 17 hours by women - three of them have been recorded by Sue. Her fastest time is only 107.33% of Robbie Callister's best time and therefore an even smaller percentage of Derek Harrison's fastest. Measured against the differences between British and World male and female records, her performance is therefore superior. Her Parish Walk record is as follows:
