2003 Clerical Medical Parish Walk winner Peter Kaneen (2) follows Allan Callow at the Round Table. This was possibly the last picture of Peter other than leading the race as, after a steady start, he stormed ahead soon after. In the background is David Griffiths who was the second walker to reach Peel before stopping as planned. Allan Callow was the third walker to reach Peel and, because veteran winner Peter Kaneen also won the overall race, under the one individual prize per walker rule, Allan won the veterans prize.
